Fixed-Scope Guarantee
All engagements are scoped and capped up front. We work on fixed fees, with no ambiguous hourly escalations or unbudgeted surprises.
Payment terms
Smaller, fixed-scope jobs are settled upfront before work begins. Larger core projects require a mobilisation payment on signing, with the balance due on sign-off. Ongoing retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Out-of-scope advisory
Urgent strategy sessions or ad-hoc advisory outside agreed milestones are available at our standard day rate, on request.
